Positive: The location
Negative: The lack of soundproof, really hard to sleep, you hear the neighbours and outside noise.

Positive: The location is perfect, communication with the host is quick and productive, all I asked was provided immediately.
Negative: Zero soundproofing, lack of simple stuff in the kitchen, like sugar and salt.
