not particularly satisfied Positive: The residence was ok, nice and quiet pool on the 9th floor, wherefrom you can enjoy a small panorama of Marina Dubai. You have your parking space, if you come with a car. Walk distance to the promenade, the beach, Ain Dubai and the Marina itself. Nice surroundings. Negative: The room wasn't clean enough, dirty floor. It lacks on things, especially on kitchen equipment. It was not as described by other guests. Not enough towels were provided for a week stay. Only one roll of toilette paper. No washmachine powder, as promised. Relatively small room. I would say that the bed lacks on comfort.

Buena relación calidad precio por su ubicación Positive: La ubicación, el acceso fácil al apartamento, el parking gratis, que el apartamento disponía de todo y de un supermercado justo debajo. Había todo lo necesario. Toallas, tabla de planchar y todo los utensilios en la cocina. Negative: Estaría bien que se dejará agua de bienvenida y café. Lo mínimo. No cuesta mucho y es un detalle. Al menos solo para el welcome. Cuando llegué el parking estaba ocupado por otro coche pero el guardia de seguridad fue muy amable y solucionó el problema la momento.
